I keep reading about the Bills moving to Toronto, but I have no links, no articles that say they are?

Is this just a rumor spread based on the fact that some games are scheduled there and all this talk is leading sports talk radio? Or he had a official conclusion bills that are sold or the owner is looking for a better offer from stage to keep them in Buffalo? Any development will be helpful, I dug, but fell short of anything substantial. Thank you in advance.

Its a rumor. The Bills signed a contract to play 5 regular season games (1/year) and 3 preseason games (both years) in Toronto between 2008 and 2012. As there are no plans to move yet. But Ralph Wilson, owner of the projects Bill has said that the team will be available when you die. Since this is 89, which probably will not be too long. It's a good possibility that the new owner (unless your Jim Kelly, who wants the team and keep them in Buffalo) will move to team.

I 'm Canada (Toronto), and I see the housing market is hot, hot, hot! I read in a magazine, while my dentist that there is a war Offers homes in California and Florida, with people camping out in lines 2 or 3 days only opportunity to make a deposit into a new house! WOW! If no that the application should soon my work here in Canada and the peak there and try to start building houses? I think I can learn more about build rapidly. And what is most needed at that time, luxury homes or starter homes? The houses or condos? I prefer to build houses, but small Low condo could be a possibility after a few years.

You're joking, right??

What does the landlord do? he does not want her annual growth until later?

I am a shop owner in a building style zoned industrial loft and increased annual rent of 2% (they refuse to give more than a year in rent in the building) there people who live there above me, even thought they do not allow the owner is fully aware of this, and if the tenants do not point their cause because they were "stuck living there (approximately 100 units of 2 storey) So my year is here and nobody gives me a lease to resign and other tenants said the same thing I called to ask why and they said they only provide additional controls to date of December the same amount and when they do increase we just give them a check for the difference ????? 1, has given them more that the rent he owed to any postdated check to me if do not get a lease and 2 are allowed to do (I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada); thank you

They are allowed to make the agreement with that tenant. Without written contract, you become the tenant of one month, one month This means that LL can terminate the lease or within 30 days in advance. Without prior written notice, a dated written agreement controls and increased rent makes no sense. It seems very strange. While LL selling building lease contracts are useful to show the revenue generated by it. Maybe he was in pre-foreclosure, but not legally prevent him from leasing the fund. Verify the legal advice to decide if heard from you building your enterprise.

Toronto – construction of small or large?

I'll buy a condo in downtown Toronto for investment, I ask myself is better placed get a condo in one of those high-rise towers in the center as CityPlace or infinite, where thousands of villages should get a condo in a small building with only a few apartments per floor, in fact there is a project of the Queen and Jarvis Street, just 3 blocks from Yonge and is building a very nice little attic. What do you think in terms of investment?? What do you think of the area?. thank you

the surface right now is a bit undesirable (if roaming, and terrorist groups that gather around the church beside the hospital) … but I think the industry will continue to improve, and your investment should increase in value .. I do not know how much you think you have put on your idea, but homes increase in value almost certainly long … the villas are much less reliable, as construction increases, increased maintenance costs, making them less attractive to potential buyers, but also because you have someone on the management, they have little control over building maintenance and related costs, and ultimately control, more money to continue to make, or the amount in preserving the value …

Is this a good idea to buy a place and rent it?

I will be a time homebuyers and I live in Toronto. I find the Toronto house prices very high and although I can afford some of them, I think I'm going to work just to pay my mortgage. But outside of Toronto, houses are cheaper. Did anyone try to buy a house (as a buyer of a first home) outside the city and the rent if I can rent an apt. in the city. . . . .? Or would it be too much work and not worth the hassle? no idea about this??

You not only a first home buyer time, will now be a first time owner? Are you ready to receive a call at 2 am to inform you that the oven is off and needs fixing now because it is well below zero? Are you ready to select candidates for this house? Do you know how to set the rental prices in your neighborhood? Look around to see if the housing advice that offer courses to become a homeowner. I begin there before you start something prepared.

I need to take a UHAUL across the USA / Canada. Help?

My mother is an hour north of Toronto, one of Philadelphia. I live in Rochester and I'm driving to pick and pack, then drive to Philadelphia to download the new house. So a few questions … bear with me here. Can you take a UHAUL across the USA / Canada in the first place? What is the best way to do it? I need a rental car, no Only a trailer. Your website has done a good job answering my questions and I called twice just to find someone who can not speak English (trying not to be racist, but it is frustrating to say the least).

Yes you can. You have to deal with the U.S. Customs and non-Canadian and direct your questions. What happens is that your mother made a statement of personal assets to keep (or bring it with you on the bus) and so she brings them to the United States. There are provisions – it can not sell things for a period of time, I am not sure if this is a year or two – but personal property may be taken by the border and rental trucks can be driven to the border.

Toronto real estate market. Is there a report showing year appreciation rates of over-year by quarter?

Specifically, I try to understand how the houses (not condos) in Toronto Mimico area compared to other districts of Toronto each year over the last 5 years … A parent has a story bungalows around the lake and 1 Royal York and is afraid that its value is not increasing at a rate similar to that of other Toronto area. If we can find other areas of Toronto that offer a better return on investment, consider moving … Thank you ~

Yes, information is available, but it would take a little work to get it. There are still areas that appreciate faster than others (and vice versa). Areas closer to the center and the nearby metro lines have probably increased the most. I suppose in the bungalow in East York have risen more. If I time, I'll check.

If I moved to Toronto from Los Angeles for 3 months what will I need?

Documentation wise? It cost more affordable housing there? Any information you can give would be great. Thank you to everyone in advace.

No, Toronto is a city expensive – a decent apartment is just over $ 2000 CDN = U.S.. Gas (car) is expensive. Anyone telling you that you can get a nice apartment in Toronto $ 500/mth for not telling the truth. If you want to live in the basement of someone for $ 500 / month – then you could. The food is cheap. Buddy – some places to avoid – Regent Park-(Toronto area) do not go unless want to relive something in Watts. Consult the documentation for rent Toronto Star.ca – if you are a U.S. citizen, you need a visa if staying for 3 months or more. www.toronto.ca Hope this helps
