The Bata Shoe Museum is a really great place to check out ( I should know I had my wedding reception there). That’s how much me and beloved wife love shoes.
Here are a few cool Bata Shoe Museum Events you may want to take in this summer.
Bata After Hours
July 15, 2009 – Till 10 at the basebment (7pm – 10pm)
Experience the hip and funky side of the Bata Shoe Museum “after hours”. We are staying open late for an evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a special surprise performance. Check out the galleries, relax on our patio and take in some culture! Pay what you can.
Paint-A-Clog Sundays
Get creative with paint! Weekend activities are perfect for families with children ages 3 – 9. Included in general museum admission. Additional $1 per clog.
Guided tours take place on the first Friday of every month.

Do you think the Royal Ontario Museum will be busy today?
Me and my bf want to go to the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto today, but we would prefer to go at a time when it isn’t packed with children. What do you think? It’s March break.
I would say a weekday is better than a weekend for the concentration of children that are there. I don’t like being around a lot of children either so I would say today wouldn’t be too bad. I guess it’s like 3:16pm right now though so if you wanted to go you would be there already. lol

Do not know what is in Toronto, but I saw the latest Harry Potter in an IMAX theater in Austin, Texas, and it was like 12 or $ 13 per person. ———————————
