Brookfield signs definitive agreement for General Growth recapitalization
TORONTO – Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (TSX:BAM.A) said Wednesday it has a definitive agreement with General Growth Properties Inc. to invest $2.625 billion as part of a recapitalization plan of the shopping mall company.
