Yes, information is available, but it would take a little work to get it. There are still areas that appreciate faster than others (and vice versa). Areas closer to the center and the nearby metro lines have probably increased the most. I suppose in the bungalow in East York have risen more. If I time, I'll check.

If it is something of Ottawa, as yet – perhaps there was a condominium development in recent questionable areas? I am amazed by the people here are willing to fork over a lot to get a decent smallish place in some of the most serious of the city. "Downtown" is not an asset if your face is covered with vomit all night. There seems to be a significant surplus of villas will little boxy for great prices on underserved areas here, and we hope that the price will start soon. So – the bad side of the area?
