Which shoes would be better for helping prevent shin splints?
I currently started jogging again and have had mild shin splints after working out. I’ve been considering changing my nike air max 360 in for either a pair of nike lunarlite trainers or nike free 5.0? I know they’re both super light, and that the free 5.0 helps strengthen feet, but I’m not sure which would be better. Any info would be awaesome.
First of all, I try to stay away from nike running shoes, especially the ones with shox or air pouches in the heel. Also, it’s probably not just your shoes, but the fact that you just got back into running. You should try stretching out a lot. Especially your shins. You can do that by putting the top of your foot on the ground and almost drag it along the ground. Mess around with it until you can feel a stretch.

Kitten lost in the intake air in the house .. There's someone in Toronto, Canada Co. know that you can hire to help?
All The fans are not … the horizontal canal running through walls … We blocked off one end and put food and light in the opening where the cat hid. Any help appreciated! This kitten has lived in this house people for 4 days so that you're nervous and do not respond to toys. It was before leaving the maid into the house, obviously, frieghtened it. I also tried animal control, Humane Society and Toronto I think Associaive proving wildlife. I think you can afford, but I was wondering if any more suggestions if you can not. We are looking for a Freebee or nothing.
Do not worry, it will come sooner or later. Put food on one end, was a good idea, but have a lot of people (especially foreigners) around and make a big thing about it is to scare them even more.
