Thai Restaurant Toronto
Warm King of Thailand and Thai noodles or name own recipe?

I love Salad King's (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) Hot Thai Noodle … Does anyone know the correct name for it or have Thai recipe? The description of the restaurants is: fried noodles: Rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, carrots, onions, peppers, mushrooms and egg This image is similar to what appears: http://www.tasteto.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/05/saladkingveggie.JPG The dish is Pad Thai, and is not a cold pasta salad – I do not think there has peanuts or peanut butter in it. These are the only recipes I could find online, but none of them makes me think that "Hot Thai Noodle" is not his real name! If someone has an idea of the recipe, or if you know the real name common / Thai for this dish please let me know! I'm hooked, but I saw enough close to joining King Salad!

There are many noodles, such as Thailand, Pad Kee Mao – Fried noodles with Thai basil, Pad See EW – Noodles sautéed in dum see EW (thick soy sauce) and plah nahm (fish sauce) and pork or chicken, etc. .. I think it's more about what you said fried noodles Korat, "Pad Korat" The result of this recipe is hot, spicy, totally addictive hearty noodle dish. It may seem that you add Soil Chile peppers too much, but destined to be hot, and Chile gives the distinctive color. This version is both sweet and spicy. To add some depth, we can add a tablespoon of tamarind concentrate into the cup of water. Use any greens you have hand, we have liked the way are our version, with bean sprouts and bok choy. Ingredients 1 / 4 cup vegetable oil 3.4 cloves garlic chopped 4 tablespoons sugar 1 1 / 2 to 2 cups torn meat of your choice (we used pork tenderloin into slices) 3 tablespoons tablespoon soy sauce 1 tbsp tablespoon Thai sweet chile pepper 4 tablespoons fish sauce 1 cup water 1 / 2 package of rice noodles, 2 cups stick of fresh bean sprouts 2 cups bok choy, cut into small pieces Method Soak stick rice noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes. While the noodles are soaking, heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until aromatic. Add sugar. Keep stirring until dissolved. Add the ground in Chile, fish sauce, soy sauce and fresh water. Bring to a high simmer, then add the beef and cook until done. Drain the noodles and put them in the wok. Cook until pasta absorbs most of sauce. Add vegetables and saute a few minutes or until vegetables are tender but still slightly crunchy. Voila! Enjoy!
