I think the answer to your question is yes, travel agents as "experts" and should be studied all the issues of risk to health before putting ads in area visit. I also have never seen anyone be happy to travel to Toronto, everyone has complaints, fire trucks, ambulance sirens Police at definition have no respect for people.
