I travel a lot of work and I'm burned to the hotel Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt scene. Recently, I began to seek mid-scale hotels and luxury boutique (as Algonquin Park New York and the Metropolitan Toronto) and I love the character is in such places. But I miss my nights free. I am interested in taking some lessons for spiritual growth, health and feel better myself. Yoga is a good place to start. My mother is a teacher of Reiki so I can get my dose Reiki each time you visit your … but it is difficult to find a true Reiki master and not a hack callin g as reiki massage therapist. Yoga will help focus the mind, control breathing and increase flexibility. Then you can go to Tai Chi. Tai chi requires a greater concentration and patience. I've never done Qigong … But take yoga classes. Do not try pilates, until you have mastered the form of yoga. Also, be aware of do yoga. I am ridiculously flexible, but I have been doing yoga all my life. When new people come, they see what I do and try to do the same something that is impossible. Work on breathing improves. Working in position. After a few weeks you can start to challenge you. Good chance.
